Privacy Policy for Vacuum Rush

Vacuum Rush ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how that information is used, which third-party services are involved, and the choices available to you.

Summary

Vacuum Rush is a single-player mobile arcade game.

In the current version of the App, we:

• store gameplay progress and settings locally on your device;
• optionally sync your game profile and progress to cloud save via Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center;
• offer optional in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play;
• use RevenueCat to support product loading, purchase validation, restore flows, and entitlement management;
• show optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK;
• submit high scores to a leaderboard and unlock achievements through Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center;
• do not require account creation;
• do not intentionally collect your contacts, photos, microphone input, camera input, or precise location directly through the App.

Information We Process

1. Information stored locally on your device

The App stores game-related data on your device so the game can function properly. This may include:

• coin balance and gameplay progression;
• upgrade levels (suction, battery, efficiency, speed, coin, magnet, shield);
• owned cosmetic identifiers (vacuum cores, motion trails, suction auras, companion drones);
• equipped cosmetic selections;
• gadget stockpile counts and equipped loadout;
• debris and trash collection statistics;
• high score and total trash collected;
• sound and music settings;
• achievement progress flags;
• ad-free purchase entitlement status.

This information is stored locally using on-device app storage (SharedPreferences).

2. Cloud save and platform gaming services

If you are signed in to Google Play Games Services (on Android) or Apple Game Center (on iOS), the App may sync your game profile to a cloud save slot provided by those platforms. This enables your progress to be restored if you reinstall the App or switch devices.

Information synced to cloud save may include:

• coin balance and upgrade levels;
• owned and equipped cosmetic identifiers;
• gadget inventory;
• debris collection statistics;
• high score;
• ad-free entitlement status.

The App may also submit your high score to a platform leaderboard and unlock achievements on your behalf through Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center.

Platform gaming services are subject to Google's and Apple's own privacy policies.

3. Purchase and transaction information

If you choose to make an in-app purchase, purchase-related information is processed by the platform store provider and by RevenueCat on our behalf for purchase validation and entitlement management.

Depending on your platform and purchase flow, this may include:

• product identifiers;
• transaction and purchase status information;
• restore purchase results;
• entitlement or ownership status;
• store or SDK-generated identifiers related to the purchase flow.

We do not receive your full payment card number. Payments are handled by Apple or Google through their respective store systems.

4. Rewarded ads and advertising-related data

The App may display optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, Google and its partners may process information needed to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising.

Depending on your platform, region, consent status, and Google configuration, this may include:

• device and app information;
• advertising identifiers or similar device identifiers;
• IP address;
• approximate location derived from IP address;
• ad interactions, impressions, and reward-completion events;
• diagnostics, performance, and fraud-prevention signals.

We use rewarded ads only to offer optional coin-doubling rewards after a run.

How We Use Information

We use the information processed by the App to:

• save and restore your game progress locally and via cloud save;
• apply your settings and cosmetic selections;
• submit high scores to platform leaderboards;
• unlock platform achievements;
• fulfill in-app purchases;
• restore eligible purchases;
• determine and maintain owned cosmetic and ad-free access;
• provide optional rewarded-ad-based coin bonuses;
• operate, secure, and improve the App's purchase and ad functionality.

What We Do Not Currently Do

Based on the current version of the App, we do not currently:

• require you to create an account;
• collect your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address inside the App;
• collect precise GPS location directly through the App;
• access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone;
• provide multiplayer, chat, or social posting features.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with third-party service providers only as needed to operate the App's features, including:

• RevenueCat, for purchase infrastructure and entitlement management;
• Apple, for App Store purchases, Game Center cloud saves, leaderboards, and achievements on iOS;
• Google, for Google Play purchases, Google Play Games Services cloud saves, leaderboards, and achievements on Android;
• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, for rewarded advertising delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and related ad operations.

Those third parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Data Retention

• Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the App's progress, uninstall the App, or clear app data through your device settings.
• Cloud save data is retained by Google or Apple according to their platform policies and may be deleted by you through your Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account settings.
• Purchase and advertising-related records may be retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or their service providers according to their own retention practices and legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can:

• choose not to sign in to Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center, in which case progress is stored locally only;
• choose not to watch rewarded ads;
• choose not to make in-app purchases;
• reset in-game progress using the App's reset option;
• uninstall the App or clear local app storage through your device settings;
• manage cloud save data through your Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account settings;
• manage app permissions and advertising settings through your device and store settings where available;
• manage purchases through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings where applicable.

Children's Privacy

Vacuum Rush is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through account registration, forms, or similar in-app collection flows. If you believe personal information has been provided to us inappropriately, contact us and we will review the issue.

International Processing

If purchase, advertising, cloud save, or app store features are used, relevant information may be processed by third-party providers in countries other than your own, subject to those providers' systems and policies.

Security

We take reasonable steps to limit data processing to what is needed for the App's functionality. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
