Fruit Merge: Gravity Puzzle ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how that information is used, which third-party services are involved, and the choices available to you.

Summary

Fruit Merge: Gravity Puzzle is a single-player mobile physics puzzle game.

In the current version of the App, we:

• store gameplay progress, high scores, and audio/haptic settings locally on your device;
• show interstitial and optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK;
• allow you to manually share your score card image/text using standard device sharing features;
• allow you to open the relevant app store page if you choose to rate or review the App;
• do not require account creation;
• do not intentionally collect your contacts, photos, microphone input, camera input, or precise location directly through the App.

Information We Process

1. Information stored locally on your device

The App stores game-related data on your device so the game can function properly. This may include:

• high scores and personal best records;
• game state, physics preferences, and sound/haptic settings;
• ad interaction flags and local gameplay statistics.

This information is stored locally using on-device app storage (shared_preferences).

2. Advertising and advertising-related data

The App displays interstitial ads (such as on game-over transitions) and optional rewarded ads (such as for reviving a game session or rerolling shape queues) through Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google and its partners may process information needed to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising.

Depending on your platform, region, consent status, and Google configuration, this may include:

• device and app information;
• advertising identifiers or similar device identifiers;
• IP address;
• approximate location derived from IP address;
• ad interactions, impressions, and reward-completion events;
• diagnostics, performance, and fraud-prevention signals.

3. Score sharing feature

If you choose to use the in-app score sharing feature, the App generates a score card image or text summary and opens your device's native share menu. The content is passed only to the applications you explicitly select (e.g., messaging apps or social networks). We do not collect or store your shared content on external servers.

4. Store review flow

If you tap a rate or review button in the App, the App may open the relevant App Store or Google Play store listing. Any review text, ratings, or related account information submitted there are handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.

How We Use Information

We use the information processed by the App to:

• save and restore your high scores and game settings;
• apply audio and haptic feedback preferences;
• deliver, measure, and secure interstitial and rewarded ads;
• enable manual score sharing via native device share tools;
• open the appropriate app store review page when requested;
• operate, secure, and improve the App's core gameplay and ad functionality.

What We Do Not Currently Do

Based on the current version of the App, we do not currently:

• require you to create an account;
• collect your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address inside the App;
• collect precise GPS location directly through the App;
• access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone;
• provide multiplayer, chat, or automated social posting features.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with third-party service providers only as needed to operate the App's features, including:

• Apple, for App Store distribution and review flows on iOS;
• Google, for Google Play distribution and store review flows on Android;
• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, for interstitial and rewarded advertising delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and related ad operations.

Those third parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Data Retention

• Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data through your device settings, or uninstall the App.
• Advertising-related records may be retained by Apple, Google, or their service providers according to their own retention practices and legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can:

• choose not to watch rewarded ads;
• reset in-game data or settings by clearing app storage through your device settings;
• uninstall the App to remove all locally stored game data;
• manage app permissions and advertising settings through your device and store settings where available;
• opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings (e.g., Google Ads Settings or Apple Tracking Transparency settings).

Children's Privacy

Fruit Merge: Gravity Puzzle is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through account registration, forms, or similar in-app collection flows. If you believe personal information has been provided to us inappropriately, contact us and we will review the issue.

International Processing

If advertising or app store features are used, relevant information may be processed by third-party providers in countries other than your own, subject to those providers' systems and policies.

Security

We take reasonable steps to limit data processing to what is needed for the App's functionality. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
