Privacy Policy for Flowly

Last updated: February 21, 2026

Flowly (“the App”) is designed to help you focus and track your sessions. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App handles and how it is used.

  1. Data We Collect

Flowly does not require account registration and does not collect personal data directly on our own servers.

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

Focus session history (start/end time, duration, completion, deep focus flag, selected sound)

App settings (presets, reminders, selected sound/theme, notification preferences)

Premium access status (stored locally for app behavior)

  1. Subscriptions and Purchases

Flowly uses RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play billing systems to manage subscriptions.

When you purchase, restore, or manage a subscription, billing and subscription-related data is processed by these third parties under their own privacy policies.

  1. Notifications

If you enable reminders, Flowly requests notification permissions and schedules local notifications on your device.

Timezone information may be used locally to schedule reminders at the correct local time.

  1. File Import/Export

If you use backup/export features, Flowly creates CSV files on your device.

If you choose to share exported files, that sharing is done through your device/platform sharing options and providers you select.

  1. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Flowly does not share your focus data with our own backend servers.

Third-party providers (for example, RevenueCat and app stores) may process limited subscription-related data as needed for purchases.

  1. Data Retention and Deletion

Your app data is stored on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, uninstall the app, or overwrite it via import features.

  1. Children’s Privacy

Flowly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

  1. Security

Flowly uses local storage mechanisms, including encrypted local storage for sensitive app keys and settings-related data, to help protect data on-device.

  1. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
